The U.S. authorities will not return the frozen assets

The U.S. authorities will not return the frozen assets of Russian businessmen, said Jake Sullivan, Assistant to the President for National Security.

"As we seize these assets, our goal is not to return them. Our goal is to make better use of them," Sullivan said. He said the U.S. administration is actively working to ensure that sanctioned businessmen cannot get their expensive yachts and homes back.
