The Nomad blockchain bridge offered hackers to keep 10% of the total amount stolen.

If the perpetrators return 90% of the stolen $190 million, they will not be prosecuted by the project team and law enforcement agencies. The company noted that so far it has managed to return about $20 million.

"We will not prosecute hackers who return at least 90% of the stolen funds to the platform," Nomad CEO and co-founder Pranay Mohan wrote on Twitter.
