Decentralised exchange SushiSwap and its head Jared Gray have received a subpoena from the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
"We are cooperating with the SEC, but do not intend to comment publicly on ongoing investigations or other legal matters," the forum said in a statement.
Gray also proposed the creation of a "Sushi DAO Legal Defense Fund" for $3 million, which would cover the legal costs associated with the litigation.
