The dollar and the euro are toxic currencies for the Russian Federation, their purchases are impossible in the foreseeable future, said Siluanov.

The RF Ministry of Finance proposes to focus on the nominal level of ruble oil and gas revenues when purchasing currency within the framework of the budget rule.
