The broker plans to send appeals from clients to European and American regulators to unfreeze blocked assets.
The appeals can be sent individually or collectively by the company's clients to the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs, the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control and the Belgian Ministry of Finance.
