NSD Appeals to the Council of Europe to Appeal EU Sanctions - Frank RG

The National Settlement Depository filed an appeal with the Council of Europe on Wednesday as part of the administrative procedure to appeal the decision to include NSD in the EU sanctions lists.

"The work on the appeal to the Council of Europe is being conducted in parallel with the appeal of the EU sanctions to the court of general jurisdiction of the EU," the press release said.
