The sales took place from Aug. 5 to 9, following Tesla's annual shareholder meeting on Aug. 4.
Earlier, Musk stated that after the April sales to finance the purchase of Twitter, he had no further sales of the company's shares planned.
However, Ilon soon said that if the Twitter deal doesn't go through, he will start buying Tesla stock again.
