LNG for roubles, too: Gazprom proposes to use the "rouble for gas" scheme in LNG trade as well, Interfax, citing a company manager

There is currency competition between exports of pipeline gas and LNG from the Russian Federation due to trade for rubles in pipeline gas, a top Gazprom executive said.

"Gazprom believes that one of the methods to regulate competition between pipeline and LNG exports is customs regulation, the top manager added.
