The Central Bank is ready to make concessions if the sale of mined digital currencies will take place outside the country, said Kirill Pronin, head of the Technology Department of the Bank of Russia.
According to him, if the proceeds from the sale of cryptocurrencies will be accumulated in Russia, it may provoke settlements with the use of cryptocurrencies themselves in the country, which is prohibited by law.
