Gazprombank is ready to buy both assets of Fortum, including a stake in TGK-1, and Unipro.

For each asset the bank could pay around $1.5-2 bln, which implies 1.5-2 rubles per Unipro share, or a 20-60% premium over the market price (since the beginning of the year Unipro's capitalization on the Mosbirch Exchange has fallen by 50%).

Also among the bidders is Inter RAO, which, according to one source, is also likely to make separate offers for Unipro and Fortum.
