Circle asked authorities to check BUSD even before proceedings
According to Bloomberg, Circle filed complaints with New York regulator NYDFS last fall. Those allegations related to the BUSD stablocoin.
The company pointed out that Binance was not storing and providing sufficient reserve to support the token.
