The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has filed charges against Abraham Eisenberg, a defendant in the Mango Markets hacking case.
The regulator accuses him of fraud and stealing $110 million in digital assets. The commission also charges him with violating the Commodity Exchange Act.
Authorities are seeking monetary penalties and refunds from the offender and want to ban him from trading in digital assets.
